ABALONE!! ok.. this is when my mum goes OTT.. i do not know what has gone into her head. i just know i am the luckiest of us three.. mk and kh were out when my mum made this.. wahhaha. i ate like 3-4 abalones.. man it tasted so goood! and who can forget the thick abalone gravy squirted out as we chew and chomp the big juicy mushrooms!

on the 14th day, my mum decided to invite michele's (my bro's gf) family for CNY dinner in Royal China Palace opposite citibank... hmm my review of the restaurant... well the first impression is the most important. and they just failed to give me a very good one! dishes were late!.. after we had our yu sang we had to wait like 20 mins for the next dish to come. then the dish after as well..by the time it came. our stomach have already sent the msg to our brain to tell us.. we are full.. then when our soup came.. he scooped out into bowls for us.. (talking bout high quality service) then each of us had one.. except for my dad who was the host~ then we when we ask that captain why is there only 7 bowls of soup when we have 8 people.. he gave us a very blur look.... then..... OH!!.. I AM SO SORRY.. SO SORRY!.. then we asked ..is there more soup? he said.. oh sorry... no more.. then he kept on saying sorry.. Well to me, the only way to say sorry is to bring to my dad a bowl of the finest soup in the restaurant as compensation! i know i sound like a bitch. but i was quite puzzled as there are 8 of us here.. and we are paying for an 8 persons meal.. and bcos of the staff's mistake.. we paid 8 persons price for 7
and another thing was the dessert, my mum ordered almond soya bean soup?.. but when it came.. we only tasted soya bean and there are only a few pieces of white fungus inside.. HELLO.. ALMOND LEH?!... i come all the way here to drink soya bean issit?!.. then we again... confronted them about it.. this time it was a woman.. she even told us that inside there should also be gingko nut.. we were like.. WHAT?!.. sorry la.. betul betul takda!
but still there were no discount for us! it's not like i am greedy and am crazy for discounts.. but i call it cheating for us to pay full price for something that is lacking... tsk tsk... bad bad service.

After eating (waiting more than eating actually), we headed home.. at 10 pm!? in the car i started to tremble.. OH MAN..what about my cw!?.. i only wrote bout 400-500 words! 1000 words more to go! and i have to pass it up on the next day at 5 sharp. how la..? when i reached home, it would be 10.30, settle down - 10.45, change and wash off make up - 12.00.. oh man. .16 hours more to do!.. shitx500. and the ppl closest to me will know how attentive i am when i sit down and do cw. hahaha this pic below is proof. i got distracted..really time waster lo!~

but i do live up to my reputation.. joey calls me super bcos i can finish assignments in a short time. and yes.. i did.. i printed my assignment at 4.40 pm and managed to drive from home at 4.54 and reach college at 5.03 pm.. ran up.. miss esther was too busy to ask me why im late.. she just handed me the acknowledgment slip. keke. so i went back home .. on planning to sleep. but was just too sad over something tht i may just cry myself to sleep. haih.. life~

I felt so down and depressed on that thursday that i promised myself I WILL MAKE MYSELF HAPPY tomorrow!.. since my parents will be gone for the friday evening to some dinner, my brother as usual... will be out as well.. so i will be alone with no where to go.. but have no fear!~ if there's a car, petrol, money... mei wen can surely make full use of it.. i call this UTILISATION OF AVAILABLE RESOURCES! .. hehe but we were also lucky that mr vicky let us go early that friday.. classes ended at 4 that day.. so me, kengming n swee ann were thinking 'wanna watch movie?' bcos we really wanted to watch JUMPER, and since andy spoke so highly of the GSC in pavilion (he said that the seats are wider and there are more space between ur row and the row infront)... we were dying to try it out.. and since pavilion is sooo near.. OK!.. DEAL! PAVILION WE GO! but.. if i take the bus there.. i will have no transport to go home.. so.. 2 of them followed me home by bus.. then i fetched them there with my car.. hhaha..

ok. JUMPER...was.... mediocre.. the only 2 things i like bout the movie was Hayden Christensen.. he is quite hot~ i may just have a new obsession~ and.. of course.. the effects!.. well u wont see him jump here and there.. he just appears in one place then appears in another then poof! disappears.. off to somewhere else. i dunno la.. go watch urself.. u'd wish u have the power though~~

then after movie.. swee ann went off with her friends.. left me and keng ming.. hahah man.. he is my best buddy!.. i can never do such thing with any other friend/my sister.. hahaha.. we actually wanted to splurge on our dinner. since pavilion is a high class shopping centre, we wanted to live up to it's standard.... have a high class dinner!~

we wanted to eat at the c. club.. the place where i initially thought.. "WHAT?.. THEY ARE GONNA SERVE US WITH GEMS AND DIAMONDS!?" haha.. so we checked the price bla bla bla.. then we went down to The Loaf to check the prices as well.. hmm believe or not.. the carat club is actually cheaper. but in the end, we went for The Loaf cause i love the ambiance~

erm... anyway.. after fetching KM home.. from ampang i went to Uptown damansara to look for my sis n cuz.. then we went to friendster cafe near her bf's place.. i ordered Strawberry and Mango Tea.. and this is what i got.. HAHA

i suddenly thought of something.. i should just start a foodblog.. talking all bout food.. especially Malaysian Foods.. oh oh.. especially assam laksa.. just to make Mien Yee scream. whahaha.. but i suddenly thought of the consequences of trying out too much food.. i will get fatter and fatter until really confirm no one will want me! so.. as i blog about food.. i will also blog about how to diet and leave space for more food. WAHAHAHAH.. hehe.. dont think that blog's gonna work..
