Recent Updates Bout Me!

Like everyone knew and guessed... yeap.. i had my hair cut short. like reaaaaaaally short hehe.. the shortest hairstyle i've sported in 10 yrs. hehe.. i had it cut in Bangsar's Shawn Cutler. The salon that evonne highly recommends! n yes!! Fei (the hairstylist) did a fantastic job! it has been a month and a half since i had it cut. at first i wasnt really crazy bout it as it was very flat... but now.. i think i look very modern and very young with it. looking back at my long curly hair photos.. i cringe and shout... SO OLD!!

but the thing is.. with this hair.. i have to makeup and dress stylishly for it to work. or else i will look very clumsy and unkempt and also.. tired. :)
the price for my haircut? RM250!!! hehe.. fei advised me to go for retexturising.. a kind of chemical service same like rebonding and such... he said that it will help make my hair finer and more in control bcos the diameter of my hair strands will shrink due to chemical treatment. short hair with uncontrollable waves is not cool! so the treatment was actually for rm 250.. the haircut comes free. i do not know what has gotten to me.. i felt like 250 is a small price to pay.. i remembered when i had my hair permed in Bianco.. i had to pay the same price.. i had to think for days b4 i finally surrendered and pay them 250.

i went fishing again.. :) i caught 5 out of 6 fishes. nothing to be proud of! i felt bad each time i caught one!
then we went this fruit orchard at around the same place.. the owners have a passionfruit and papaya orchard. so.. it was a big fruit feast there.. we picked papayas and ate them.. While picking.. we eat! :) cool! where else could i ever do that in Malaysia? Both the kolam ikan and the fruit orchard belong to my parent's friends.

the old man on the right is my uncle. he is a singaporean... he was actually also saying.. where can he ever visit a place like this in singapore..? wakakaka

The next day Monday, it was my uncle's 70th bday! Happy Birthday! we celebrated it in Ah Yat Abalone Restaurant in PJ near Jaya 33. It was a very happy and joyous occasion bcos most of the Wong Family members were there and it was a very happy family reunion. I love dinners like that. Happy and Expensive.. wakakakaka

then the rest of the week was Hari Raya Week. Worked full time at my sister's boutique bcos the Malay salesgirls went back to their hometown... like duh! but until the 3rd day..i started to feel floaty and light.. kept wanting to puke and faint all the time. didnt really want to work the next day.. but someone didnt really understand.. wtf. The day after, my situation became worse.. i had spots all over my leg.. especially towards my feet. my skin tone is super uneven, even under make up i look like crap as my face was quite swollen.. more than usual.
went to pk's brother's wedding.. feeling ok.. but when i went back home.. i felt sick again. .feeling hot and cold, hot and cold suddenly.. then my brother told me that his gf just recovered from hand foot mouth disease (hfmd) and it is highly contagious as her sister got it from her as well. then her sister's friend got it from her sister also. he said the symptoms were.. hands and legs got one dot one dot.. mouth also got.. apparently my mouth is ok.. and those little red spots around my leg.. are not those described by michele (brother's gf).. so i thought i am free from it..

went to sleep...

next morning..... woke up.. felt energetic again!.. felt that i recovered. .thank god!.. then i washed my face.. apply moisturiser while looking at the mirror.. pout to act cute..

then... THERE....




THAT IS EXACTLY WHAT I SAW..... I ALMOST SCREAMED!.. RAN TO MY MUM!.. RAN TO THE DOCTOR'S! RAN TO 2 DOCTORS ACTUALLY.. both said different thing.. i am so worried.. forgot what the first one said as he thinks that the ulcers are nothing.. but it seriously did not feel like ulcers!!.. its not painful! .. but whatever.. both doctors said that it is not hfmd. .. so i felt more relieved! the second doctor said that it was a kind of viral infection.. something like chicken pox, hfmd.. but it is not as dangerous woh..

applied glycerin and bonjela and i think it helped abit.. then at night, my mum asked me to apply lingzhi powder which is supposed to help. but the next morning, after i washed it all of.. it grew even bigger and the ulcers have spread to my tongue.. making consuming sour foods a torture.
then i just stuck to applying glycerin and eat paracetamol like what 2nd doctor has prescribed.

the next day.. the ulcers went off almost completely.. i'm glad!.. but then.. as i am eating my breakfast .. i saw patches of red spot on my hands..more towards the palm. it's like the blood grouped together in clumps or something.. it was very unsightly!! i hated myself so much.. then later in the day.. the blood thingy spread to my whole body!.. my legs, thighs.. stomach.. everywhere..! i felt disgusting and ugly... like i had some skin disease! and i hate it when i see ppl with super nice and fair skin!..

went to see a skin specialist.. she completely understood my situation and spoke to me in a manner so calm that i felt so good. then she said that the blood clumps all over my body are hives. Hives is a kind of allergic reaction. i heard so much about it.. but didnt think this would happen to me. she was suspecting that i could be allergic to paracetamol.. omg! then she gave me an injection at my butt and told me that the hives will dissipate by evening. But no... it didnt....

i had to wait till the next morning! as i woke up.. the best gift for me is not knowing that i m alive.. its knowing that they have all gone away!!! weeeeeeeeee!

on the day itself... i went to work .. then from PJ during the rainy traffic hour.. i drove to KL.. so can u all guess how much time i spent being stuck in traffic!? anyway.. met up with joey outside college then decided to go to the ship for din din..

MY NZ LAMB CHOP.. i wouldnt say it sucked.. but it was too thick and.. not much taste. but overall.. i dont ask for alot in food so i think it was alright. not shitty enough to call it shit. :)
once i recovered.. i ordered this. .not a very good choice indeed but nothing shitty happened.. so its ok!

hehe.. i think tht's all for the moment.. pk's brother's wedding post coming up.. hope that this post was an interesting one. Malaysia is getting warmer and warmer each day.. the global economy condition is getting worse each day.. heard from my bro that the klse has dropped from 12xx points 2 months ago.. down to 5xx points today.
